SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via local delivery companies around United Arab Emirates or via DHL around the globe. All our products ship from Dubai to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days depending on your location.
CUSTOMS
Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. MZLINE FOR READYMADE GARMENTS TRADING is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 7 days from the day you receive your package to change your mind and return your purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the procedure below:
Send us an e-mail sales@mzlineofficial.com explaining the reason for your return. Remember to also provide us with your name, your address and your order number. At MZ Line we currently don't offer any refunds, however we do provide store credit or coupons. After your request has been approved, we will send you an e-mail authorizing you to send us back the products. The email will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received unworn and in their original packaging. Note: You will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the duties and taxes.Upon receipt of your products, we will provide you with store credits or coupon number usable within 30 days.
CANCEL THE ORDER
Please make sure to double check your order, size and the total amount in your shopping bag before you complete your order
We’re unable to modify or make edits once it’s been placed.
If you’d like to cancel, you’ll need to reach us out on our email sales@mzlineofficial.com during operating hours within 40 minutes of placing an order and will get back to you as soon as we received the email . Our operating hours are from 10:00am – 10:00pm
Due to high volume, our wait and response times are longer than normal through live chat, phone, and email. You may not be able to reach us within the cancellation window.
